How quickly will I get a reply?
We aim to respond to every message within two business days (Australian time). Questions about specific DMARC records or deliverability issues often need a bit of research before we can give a proper answer, so don't panic if the reply takes slightly longer — we'd rather be accurate than fast.
Can you help me debug a DMARC or email deliverability problem?
We'll do our best. If you're seeing unexpected DMARC failures, include the sending domain, the receiving service (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), your current SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, and — if you have them — the exact failure reports. The more we know, the faster we can point you at the likely cause.
Can I suggest a new check or feature?
Absolutely. If there's a DMARC-related feature you want us to add — BIMI validation, MTA-STS checks, TLS reporting, ARC signature inspection — let us know. We prioritise requests based on how many people ask for them and how broadly useful they'd be.
Do you accept guest posts or link exchanges?
No — we don't publish guest posts, we don't do link exchanges, and we don't buy or sell backlinks. All content on DMARC Dashboard is written by us, for our own audience. Pitches for link-for-link schemes will be ignored.
